General Terms

Welcome to the Interiors Made Eezzy website terms and conditions for use. These apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order through the head office, telephone sales department or online, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Ordering
Orders may be placed via email, phone, or in person at our store location. All orders are subject to product availability. All orders processed online are pending until approved by our inventory team.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Merchandise cannot be held without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is signed and approved. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Sales tax
All Culver City sales are subject to Culver City’s sales tax (currently 9.5%). All taxes, including sales and use taxes, on out of state transactions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery and Set Up

Our delivery fees:  
Under 5 miles $50
5-10 MILES $75
10-20 MILES $95
Above 20miles If your delivery location is outside our standard delivery area, one of our Interiors Made Eezzy team will contact you to discuss options and pricing. You will not be charged for your order until the delivery method is approved.

Cancellations
If you cancel your order or specific regular stock items on your order for any reason, you may be charged a cancellation fee on the items that were cancelled. Custom order items cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Returns Policy
Interiors Made Eezzy accepts returns is only limited to eligible items and subject to approval. You may be charged a restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Custom Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Custom Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted. Interiors Made Eezzy does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. Interiors Made Eezzy reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Your initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
